Family Day Flourless Brownies

Try making these five ingredient flourless brownies for a quick family day sweet treat.


  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter or coconut oil

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (try salted caramel chips for a change!)

  • 1/2 cup sugar (or a little less)

  • 3 eggs scrambled

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

What to Do
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees C, and grease a 9×13 inch pan or cover pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup

  2. Melt butter and chocolate chips in microwave for 2 mins or in a saucepan on the stove until melted and combined

  3. Scoop butter-chocolate chip mixture into a large bowl, and mix in sugar.

  4. Add eggs and combine

  5. Mix in coca powder until smooth

  6. Spread batter in baking dish and bake for 25-30 mins until a knife comes out clean.

  7. Cool and enjoy!
