Fiona Fisher

Executive Director

Fiona is a Community Builder and Fundraiser who has spent her career supporting causes that improve the quality of life for all children. She began in International Development with YMCA International and worked in Zimbabwe and Zambia. Following that, she worked with volunteers across Canada to support Save the Children Canada. Fiona was an active member of the Canadian Coalition for the Rights of the Child, which led her to find a new direction with children and families affected by childhood cancer. She began at Camp Trillium leading the capital campaign for the construction of Camp Trillium-Rainbow Lake, the first year-round camp for children and families affected by childhood cancer in Canada. Her passion for working with volunteers, dedicated survivors and staff has kept her with Camp Trillium to lead all fundraising efforts through the recent merger with Camp Ooch.

An award-winning fundraiser, she is dedicated to making the lives of families affected by childhood cancer better by supporting volunteers who build community and camp-based programs. Fiona is excited to join the Camp Quality volunteers across Canada in bringing back camp in 2022. With Fiona comes her daughter, Brianna, and husband, Julian who look forward to volunteering for Camp Quality.
