Julia
Julia first started at Camp Quality in 2021 as a Virtual Volunteer. She loved the experience so much that in 2022 she joined the CQ Northern Ontario COC as a Program Specialist and volunteered at CQ Southern Ontario as a Companion before becoming Co-Director for CQ Southern Ontario in 2023. Julia is also a master's student working to become a Certified Child Life Specialist through McMaster's Child Life and Pediatric Psychosocial Care program, and is completing her internships in pediatric hematology/oncology, emergency medicine, and hospice. At camp, Julia loves doing arts and crafts, seeing all the CQ talents at the talent show, and bearing witness to the absolute pure joy that comes from all the campers and volunteers! For the 2024 season, Julia is excited about LARPing, the camp dance, and making memories with new and returning campers! Oh and you may catch her singing Fred the Moose around the campfire.
